The five romantic rooms and the Suite all have antique furniture and elegant details, offering spectacular views over Narni and the surrounding gardens and estate.
Every room is uniquely appointed, with many visible elements of the original architecture, making the stay in each of them a unique and special experience. To make your stay more comfortable, all our rooms are equipped with a water kettle, coffee maker and water.
Suite " La Colombaia"
The most fascinating and romantic of our rooms is “La Colombaia”: this beautiful suite is located in the oldest and highest part of the Villa, in the original “dove tower”.
two levels, with a living room and two bathrooms, it offers a uniquely charming atmosphere, with a romantic private terrace overlooking the entire estate and the surroundings. The Suite is equipped with a refridgerator, air conditioning and wifi.

Superior Deluxe
“Il Barbacane”, “Il Rosone” and “La Pergola” are beautiful spacious and elegant rooms. All of them enjoy sweeping views across the gardens and are enriched by antique furniture.
The rooms “Rosone e Barbacane” have four-poster beds (on the second floor), “La Pergola” has beamed ceilings and original tiles (on the firts floor).
They all have air conditioning and wifi.

“L’Aia” and “Il Noceto” are elegant, charming rooms decorated with antique furniture and beautiful details.
The rooms are located on the second floor and offer lovely views of the garden for a peaceful and resting stay.
